Masterclass Jerkbait 107

The Masterclass Jerkbait 107 pairs a taller shad-shaped body with sharp, responsive action to imitate threadfin and gizzard shad. The added body height increases flash and water displacement on each twitch, giving bass a defined target around grass edges, points, rock transitions, and suspended baitfish.

An internal tungsten weight-transfer system shifts during the cast for added distance and accuracy, then settles into position to keep the bait balanced through the retrieve. Short rod snaps produce an erratic side-to-side dart, while the suspending to slow-sinking posture holds the bait in the strike zone during pauses when most bites occur.

Shallow- and deep-diving models let anglers match the presentation to fish holding from 6 to 12 feet. Work it quickly around active fish, extend the pause in cold water, or cast beyond suspended bass and bring the bait through their depth with a controlled twitch-pause cadence.
