Wig Hair Jig

Developed alongside Elite Series smallmouth specialist Cory Johnston, the Wig Hair Jig is built for clear-water fisheries where a compact profile and subtle movement can make the difference. Its marabou presentation closely imitates small baitfish, minnows, and other aquatic forage, making it a natural choice when smallmouth are feeding on downsized prey.

Premium hand-tied marabou comes alive with minimal movement, pulsing and breathing whether the jig is resting on bottom, gliding through the water column, or being worked slowly around isolated cover. That continuous motion gives the Wig Hair Jig a natural look even when anglers barely move the bait.

A specialized head shape promotes a controlled, natural fall while allowing the marabou to maintain its delicate action. Fish it across shallow flats, around isolated rock and sand, or in clear water where roaming smallmouth can inspect a bait closely before committing.

A super-sharp Gamakatsu #2 hook provides dependable penetration when fish eat the compact presentation. Offered at 3/32 oz. in a 2-pack, the Wig Hair Jig is purpose-built for pressured smallmouth and ultra-clear conditions where subtle forage imitation matters most.
